BIO:  Hello! I would like to introduce myself, my name is Gunner, and tell you what a good pet I would be! My foster mom has given me a lot of compliments. She says I am so sweet, a very good-natured boy, and extremely smart! I am the happiest when I am the center of attention, as long as someone is able to play with me it keeps my curiosity from exploring and getting into mischief. No one seems to frighten me. I warm up very quickly to people and have been around children. I have only met one other dog and all I wanted to do was PLAY!. My ideal day is to play and play some more, especially in a fenced yard. I had the best time when there was snow all over the yard, it didn’t bother me at all. The more energy I can burn off the better. Sleeping in the crate at night is going well. It’s during the day if someone is home I would rather be out and about than in the crate. Potty training has improved since I have been here. I still have an occasional accident but it’s getting less frequent each day. I have already learned how to sit, stay and come. Since no one ever worked with me on walking nicely on a leash, I need to work on those skills! I find the leash to be another play toy. I know that with lots of love, patience, and training I will be the best new friend you can have. I think a home with another, friendly dog would be PERFECT for me!
